Pioneer of the resilient mindset. Cynthia has worked with scores of executives, healthcare professionals and organizations to transform complacency, conflict and turnover into consistent high performance.
Ei Leadership is founded on the principles of innovation:
When change is not managed, the potential in the workforce shuts down. The results are mediocre at best. We will help you disrupt the status quo and move your agenda forward.
Graduate degrees in psychology, Cynthia researched the impact of stress on healthcare professionals recognizing that skills within resilience and emotional intelligence moderated the impact and dramatically influenced performance. Cynthia blends lean sigma to define problems and explore solutions for organic engagement and outcome success.
I started my private practice in Integrative Health with a focus on stress management, adrenal fatigue and eliminating negative and limiting beliefs. By blending non traditional energy modalities with traditional methods in Coaching, I was able to quickly understand my clients and provide successful strategies. Because of the rapid release clients felt, I soon began working with PTSD and helping people move beyond the traumatic experience and reclaim their life. This laid the foundation to understand the interaction of beliefs, behaviors and success of a resilient mindset.
I studied the latest research in performance, flow and resilience and later went on to specialize in leadership performance with healthcare professionals. Having the privilege to work with scores of people in my early private practice, I understand the impact of mindset on outcomes. I integrate lean sigma into training and development to focus on results and lasting change.
